This 20 minute complimentary chat will allow me to understand your aspirations and you’ll get an idea of who I am and how I work – helping you decide whether maho is the right fit for you and your project.

If, after this initial conversation, you think maho is right for you, I’ll arrange a time for a design consult (ideally in your space).

This will help me get to know you better, so I‘m clear about your goals, hopes and fears for the project. It’s at this point we can also discuss timelines and budgets.

This is the fun part - the stage where you are able to see, feel and understand the project we’re creating together. We will define the core style of the spaces using reference images and textures alongside our proposed floor plans establishing the design direction that will be used throughout the journey.

Once you have approved this concept, the focus shifts to the next layer of detail, selecting the best fixtures, fittings and finishes for the specific spaces, communicating this through 3D renders where required; and creating detailed drawings and schedules for all contractors on the project to use and price from.

I will be there for the construction phase to ensure the careful detailing is not lost in execution. I’ll also be available for onsite reviews, coordination of various trades/contractors and follow ups.

The final stage in achieving your goals for your new space is selecting furniture or homeware to fit seamlessly into the design. I help clients find the perfect pieces to reflect their tastes, sensibilities and budget requirements.
